The Lincolnshire Co-operative Pension Scheme has completed a £107m bulk purchase annuity buy-in with Rothesay. The transaction secures the benefits for approximately 2,300 members.
The Blake Lapthorn Pension Fund has secured a £5.7m full scheme bulk purchase annuity buy-out with Aviva. The transaction secures the benefits of all 52 members, comprising 30 deferred members and 22 pensioner members, and covers all of the fund’s liabilities.

Two pension schemes sponsored by CF Fertilisers UK Limited, the UK subsidiary of a global manufacturer of hydrogen and nitrogen products for clean energy, have completed bulk purchase annuity buy-in transactions with M&G.
