£155m bulk purchase annuity buy-in across three schemes covers 1,671 scheme members.

The transaction means that all members of the scheme now have their benefit entitlements insured, with this transaction with Just Group covering 215 members – 170 pensioners and 45 deferred members.

£55m full scheme bulk purchase annuity buy-in covers the pensions of 667 members.

The scheme is sponsored by the British Board of Agrément Holdings Limited, a construction product performance assessment, testing and certification firm. The transaction secures the benefits of all of the 39 deferred members and 82 pensioner members in the scheme, covering all of the scheme’s liabilities.

The Scheme is sponsored by Royal Star & Garter, a UK charity that provides care for veterans and their partners living with disability or dementia; the transaction was completed in November 2025 and secures the benefits of 251 members.

Primula Ltd Pension Scheme Completes Bulk Purchase Annuity Buy-In With PIC. The deal covers the 74 plan members.

The Finnair Oyj Retirement Benefit Scheme has secured a £4m full scheme bulk purchase annuity buy-in with Aviva. The Scheme is sponsored by Finnair Oyj, the flag carrier and largest airline of Finland.

The transaction, finalised in December, covers more than 1,600 members and marks Royal London’s second largest external buy-in to date, after the £275m transaction completed with the Grant Thornton Pensions Fund in May of last year.

The Dr. Martens Airwair Group Pension Plan has completed a £37.5m bulk purchase annuity buy-in with Pension Insurance Corporation. The deal covers the 455 plan members.
