Law firm Arthur Cox has appointed Ailish Finnerty as the firm’s next Chair. Finnerty will take up the position on 31st March 2025, succeeding Orla O’Connor, who is completing her six-year term as Chair.
Finnerty is a Partner in Arthur Cox’s tax group and is a member of the firm’s policy committee. She specialises in corporate tax with a focus on tax planning for international clients. She trained with the firm, before becoming a partner in 2008.

I have no doubt that she will guide the firm with integrity, vision, and dedication. It has been a great privilege to serve as Chair, and I look forward to supporting Ailish in the role,” said O’Connor.
