Pacific Life Re has appointed Florence Durousseau as Head of Capital Solutions, Europe.

Durousseau is a senior executive with over 30 years’ international experience in the life and health reinsurance industry. A qualified actuary, she has held senior leadership roles at Munich Re, Arch Re and Hannover Re, most recently leading business development and financial solutions initiatives across multiple regions.
