Isio Group Limited has signed an agreement to acquire K3 Advisory Limited, an insurance and risk settlement specialist.
K3 was founded in 2018 by Adam Davis and has completed almost a hundred transactions for thousands of members across nearly £2bn of assets in the past six years. The K3 team and brand will continue to operate as a distinct service offering within the Isio group.
“This acquisition is an important part of our strategy to accelerate our growth in an area of the market where we see pension scheme demand increasing and where we already have a strong presence. Bringing the K3 team into the Isio Group will give us greater scale and depth of expertise, especially in small to medium sized transactions, where there is significant demand,” said Steve Robinson, Partner at Isio.
