Kosmos Management has acquired the investment manager positions and general partner positions in three funds from RiverRock Asset Management.

Kosmos plans to manage RiverRock’s funds to the end of each fund’s life and not to raise more capital under the RiverRock name.
The transaction follows closely on the heels of Kosmos’ acquisition of life settlement provider, Maple Life Financial.
